For your child to train or play you must complete all "Mutt Docs" registrations forms, and read all "Mutt Policies". Once downloaded please fill in sign and bring to training or email copies to midsuffolkmutts@outlook.com

After 4 weeks of training all players need to join BISHA (British Inline Skater Hockey association)  either on a non league, or full player membership. Information regarding membership and insurance offered by BISHA can be found below under "BISHA DOC'S & CLUB FEES.
